my Story

Providing food for the people i cared for became one of my easiest love languages. In my earlier years i was the queen of all things sweet from jam tarts to baked alaska’s there was nothing too sugary.

Having an older brother a lot of my cooking was tailored around his teenage appetite and i started to learn how to make steak in every form. Eventually when i was 18 becoming a beef wellington connoisseur.

Growing up i was a jack of all trades so cooking was something that made me deeply happy along with so many other things so i decided to still do A-levels and go to university to satisfy my intelectual cravings.

I did however, decide to take my knowledge up a level and i enrolled at Ballymaloe Cooking School in Ireland for 3 months during my gap year. It to this day is one of my life highlights. Everything i learnt, the pace, structure, morals and key principles of the school truly resonated with me. I came away the happiest, bravest and healthiest version of my self. The quality produce all coming from their land or very locally opened my eyes to just how much better food can taste and be for you health when its from the right places.

I learnt so much and truly if i could i’d spend every year there. I want to bring all those principles to all my cooking.

Dine and Conquer was born from the realisation that food will alway be a massive part of my life and now that i am in a phase of life in which i need to prioritise my happiness, i want to always have cooking for others and bringing experiences and events to life as a significant part of my repertoire.

Bringing fun, happiness and joy to people’s plates, lives and faces.
